This Sunday, the 3rd Sunday of Lent we begin the liturgy with a Penitential Order, Rite II. The Penitential Order includes the Decalogue (the Ten Commandments) and the Confession, thereby moving the Confession earlier in the service. During Lent the "Gloria" (Glory to God) is omitted, replaced by the Kyrie Eilsson

For this Sunday's online service of Morning Prayer we welcome the participation of members of Clifton Lutheran Church, Marblehead, in the liturgy. Pastor Jim Bixby will read the lessons and will co-preach with Fr. Andrew. Members of the Clifton Lutheran choir will offer an opening hymn.
